Big marathon

I thought I had learned that there is no such thing as a perfect preschool. Oh well...It's been a long marathon finding the right preschool for Kalei. But I am enjoying the process. Getting to meet people, learning a little more about the city, and collecting pieces of valuable information.

I have learned that there is a brasilian church, a brasilian restaurant, and "capoeira" in town. So there must be enough brasilians that live here. It proves that I was wrong.

Both boys are in camp this week and time keeps flying. One day I will convince you all that my days have fewer hours than yours!

Last Sunday we went for a stroll. Had lunch in a cozy restaurant by the water and with live music. Oh, such a beautiful place and afternoon!

Then we moved on to the downtown streets.

When the sun started to burn our shoulders we took off to the beach!!! A very scenic, secluded, amazing, and relaxing strip of the Siesta Beach. We started to feel like we found the place where the locals come. It did not take us very long to find what we can call a little corner of paradise.
