Everywhere we go...

...we find joy and beauty.

This past weekend was heaven. The weather was just perfect. The cool breeze pushed away the humidity and brought in fresh cool air. There is nothing better than a gentle cool breeze caressing your skin. It just feels good. It just does.

After Gabriel's art class, since the weather was so inviting, we decided to stay in downtown for a nice and long stroll.

Our boys have been working hard through the week and earning their stickers and money. It's been two weeks now since we started it and they were anxious to spend their first little savings. So our first stop was at the Toy Store. (I am so happy that we don't have ToysRus near us, because you wanna know the truth? I love this little toy shop. It's small, colorful and charming.)

I am crazy about this monkeeys. I just need an excuse to bring one home. Anyone?!

Next we stopped at a little french cafe - C'est la vie!

Then we moved on to a big, stylish bookstore - used books.

I made myself comfortable on this little corner of the store while the kids ran through the aisle labyrinth and Ruffin dug for treasure in the philosophy room of the store.

Then we were back wandering through the streets again.

It is just a nice place to be. Right at the water. Beautiful view. Gorgeous trees. Nice swing benches. Big playground for the kids. So everyone is happy there.

The kids had so much fun at this big tree!

Gabe's shoes got stuck in between the branches. It took a good ten minutes to rescue it.

Even though that tree was the big hit there were other beautiful ones.

I even found signs of autumn here in Florida.

Go Gabe, it's almost rolling...

Precious memories were created today.
