Happy New Year!

Seriously, are we in 2013?! How did that happen?! Where did time go?!

Happy New Year Blog! Happy New Year readers of my blog! ;-)

I know I have not been visiting this corner as often as I would like. I am happy to be back. I have tons of pictures to tell our story over these past months. I want them all here so my kids will have this place to travel back in time.

We went for a road trip this year. I love hitting the road to new places. We went to Miami for four days and Key West for two. Needless to say, traveling with two boys full of energy and with minds of their own is not the easiest thing. We had some not so good moments but we also had very good ones. We want to remember the fun time and that's what you'll see here.

This is - Miami...

...and it's absolutely packed! This picture was early in the morning. So the streets were not yet decorated with all the people that South Beach holds.

We strolled through the Ocean Dr. It's quite a unique place. If you like people watching, then that's the place for you!

It's along the Atlantic Ocean. Such a fun walk.

For the entire walk, all they did was wrestle on the grass.

That's what we did and that's where we were just the day before the last day of 2012. It was a great year!

We actually never made it to the beach in Miami, other than just enjoying its presence.

It's such a busy city. I never thought I would see a place as busy as NY. Welcome to Miami Beach!

They were really done with this long walk. That's not the most exciting thing to do for boys at this age ;-)

After miles and miles on our feet we treated ourselves with the best barbecue - Fogo de Chão restaurant.

I love traveling with my family. We get a chance to be all that we are together! We are so much into each other. It's not always fun but sure we will always look back to these trips and have a good time. Good memories were created.

It's so important to take time for us. And we did. And we enjoyed.
